Looking back I’m amazed at many things, I’ve survived my youth and retained the wonder that my memories bring,
How great it was in the 70's and 80's as we cruised and listened to VanHalen, or Driving down the road with the radio blarring and the guitar just waling,
We cruised the Boulevard at Seaside Heights, ate pizza on the boardwalk, what wonderful summer nights,

We laughed alot and had no time to dream about what was in store, because we were living day by day, The future far from our minds as we Tanned at the shore,
My one true love who is always on my mind, was the one who gave me the fondest of memories and appreciation of our time,
I remember it so well, the happiness brings a tear, as if it were yesterday your smiles so clear,
I’ve gazed at the stars in the sky with its beauty beaming down, I would float up and touch each one if my feet were not anchored to the ground,

Making wishes with everyone that I touch, and going back to the past, the times that I miss so much,
Growing up but staying young at heart is what we must do, continue to look at the world with a Childs eye view, seeing the beauty that once amazed our gaze, work less and play more and don’t worry about a raise,
We can reflect back on all the things we’ve done, and as we grow older it will be the memories that will be our last breathes fun
