Ive walked next to her like a shadow kept distant from view, I felt like nothing but what could I do.
I wanted to feel the need and the love, but instead hidden from sight seen only from above,
Introduced as a friend not as a boyfriend or lover, kept in the dark and hidden under a cover,
Is this love, my heart tells me no, How can I shine when she steals my glow,
