In southern Africa in a small village the children sat, They were lucky to eat each day, and then only a spat,
No Birthdays, Bag of toys or santa Claus,
no pets to play with, barks from dogs or begging paws,
The children sat with no smiles on their faces,
no new experiences, no visited places,
Only survival of each day and getting the next meal, yet all in the village shared, nobody stealed,
One day the children were sitting as the wind kicked in, Blew across the village and felt cool on their skin,
All eyes focused on this translucent thing,
that floated thru the village, yet it had not a wing,
The children jumped up from the hardened ground where they sat, smiles sprang from their faces and one said "lets chase that,
A common household bag which is just trash to us, inspired some cheer and caused an inspirational fuss,
they chased it and poked at it to help it fly more,
and with a big gust like an eagle it started to soar,
They all watched as it flew into space, then dissappeared from their eyes, leaving priceless smiles on their face.....
